The conference centre is halfway between Versailles and St-Cyr-l'Ecole, so we advise you to book your hotel in Versailles or St-Cyr. As Versailles is a tourist destination, we advise you to book your hotel in advance.

How to reach INRAE Versailles?

To find the INRAE in the Île-de-France region

By public transports from Paris

There are three main stations close to INRAE Versailles. Timetables are available on the ÎledeFrance mobilités website.

-> SAINT-CYR L’ECOLE STATION recommended during off-peack hours (from SNCF Montparnasse station or via RER C)
    Continue by foot (15 min walk)
    Leave the station, go down the stairs to reach the valley through the small wood, then turn right on the RD10
    towards Versailles. INRAE is on your left, 15 minutes walk from the station.

    Where to buy tickets ? (Tub tickets are valid)
        - in the bus (1 ticket at the time),
        - at the train stations (book of 10 tickets is cheaper)
    Bus line: 5134, stop at the car park you have just crossed.

-> VERSAILLES CHATEAU-RIVE GAUCHE station (by RER C)
    Continuing by bus (every 30 minutes at peak times), INRAE Versailles is 10 minutes away.
    The bus station is in front of the train station on the other side of the road.
    Where can I buy tickets ? (Tub tickets are valid)
        - on the bus (1 ticket at the time),
        - at the train stations (book of 10 tickets is cheaper)
        - or in shops with the Phébus tag.
    Bus lines: 6211, 6240, 5102 and 5134.
    Get off the bus at the INRA/INRAE station.

-> VERSAILLES-CHANTIERS station (from SNCF Montparnasse station or via RER C)
    Continuing by bus, INRAE Versailles is 15-20 minutes away.
    Where can I buy tickets ?
        - on the bus (1 ticket at the time),
        - at the train stations (book of 10 tickets is cheaper)
        - or in shops with the Phébus tag.
    Bus lines: 6211 (dock F), 6240 (dock K), 5102 (dock J) or 5134 (dock D).
    Get off the bus at the INRA/INRAE station.

By car

-> From Paris Porte d'Auteuil
Take the A13 direction ROUEN. Take exit 6 SAINT GERMAIN/VERSAILLES. Follow VERSAILLES to the left on the D186. At Place de la Loi, turn right towards VERSAILLES-CHATEAU. In front of the castle turn left and follow the direction of SAINT CYR l’ECOLE on the D10. INRA is on your right after 2km.

-> From Orly Airport
Take the N7 towards VILLEJUIF, then the A86 towards VERSAILLES, exit VERSAILLES-CHATEAU, follow the D9, turn left onto the D10. INRA is on your right after 3km.

-> From Roissy C.D.G. Airport
Take the A1 motorway in the direction of PARIS/PORTE DE LA CHAPELLE. Take the PERIPHERIQUE EXTERIEUR in the direction of ROUEN. Take the A13 motorway towards ROUEN. Take exit 6 SAINT-QUENTIN/VERSAILLES. Follow Versailles on the left on the D186. At "Place de la Loi", turn right in the direction of VERSAILLES-CHATEAU. Take the roundabout of the "Place d'Armes" and go on D10 road direction SAINT CYR.
